This run started off amazing, then ended disastrously. First 6 miles were a breeze and really good feeling. I even managed to get a couple of 9 minute miles which doesn’t sound much but for folk stuck in the 10-11 mile land it’s a breakthrough!
Second half? Awful. Bloody awful. Engine went off and I couldn’t run 3 minutes without walking another 5. Oh well. I got round, and it’s something to work on.
